Intro Fade

Added in v1.2.52

Intro Fade changes layer opacity during intro playback. Fade In was introduced first; Fade Out was added later and can switch the layer to Intro-only lifetime.

Fade InLayer fades from Start opacity to its normal opacity
Start opacity0 → 100%; shown when Fade In is enabled
Fade OutFades the layer out during its intro and switches that layer to Intro-only lifetime
